House Concept · Locarno, Switzerland
Two watches. One minute.
Time, kept for two.
The Idea
VERRIER is an invented Swiss watch house, and this is its first pair: two moonphase watches, one with the moon in its window and one with the Earth. A father wears his on a night train out of Locarno. His daughter wears hers on the moon.
The film never names a complication. It stops time between them, then lets a single minute travel three hundred and eighty thousand kilometres, from his crown to her wrist.

Every Format
The night train out of Locarno.
She promised she'd be home by the full moon.
But over Lago Maggiore,
the moon never came.
Up there, everything has stopped.
Mid-stride. Mid-breath.
His dial still shows the moon.
So he turns the crown,
one click at a time.
Some things are made to come apart,
and find their way back.
Un minuto alla volta.
One minute at a time, the moon moves again.
He looks up.
And she looks down.
Same moon.
Same minute.
The Pair
01
The moonphase he waits for from the train window. When it stops, the night stops with it.
02
In her window, a small blue Earth: the home she looks down on from a quarter of a million miles away.
03
The minute they agreed to meet. Both dials arrive at it together, and hold it.
04
A midnight-blue sunburst dial, gold dauphine hands and baton markers, a polished steel case on black alligator.
Home was never a place.
It's a time we keep.

Colour Strategy
His world is lamplight and timber on a winter night; hers is hard sun on grey dust and black sky. The only thing the two share is the watch: midnight blue and gold, the same in both. When the screen splits, it is the one thing that matches.
