PEGASUS

Every storm comes looking for something.
Born of the storm.

The Idea

A car that doesn't
outrun the storm.

PEGASUS is an invented hypercar, and this is its launch film. No spec sheet, no top speed, no driver. Just a myth: a black stallion in a barn on the edge of a salt flat, and a car hidden under a cover beside it, both waiting for the same storm.

The film is built like a legend told in four movements. Fear, then awakening, then the ordeal, then the dawn. The car never fails on screen. When the lightning finally finds it, it doesn't break. It feeds.

Every Format

An old timber barn on a salt flat under a lilac storm

A barn at the edge of the salt.

The storm is already here.

The black stallion's eye, frightened by the thunder

The thunder finds him first.

He is afraid.

Six slashes of light glowing through a car cover in the dark barn

Beside him, under the cover,
something answers.

The stallion rearing in the stall as two great wings unfold

Fear becomes flight.

The winged horse above the uncovered black car in the barn

Two of a kind.
One storm.

The car launching out of the barn

The doors give way.

Most things run from a storm.

The winged horse bursting down out of the cloud base

These two run into it.

The horse flying low over the car toward the storm wall

Above and below.
Never apart.

The car alone in the rain, charge crawling over its blades

Then the storm holds its breath.

It isn't afraid of the lightning.
It's waiting for it.

A bolt of lightning striking the car's fin

It doesn't break.
It feeds.

A blinding breach of light opening in the storm

Through the eye of it,
into the light.

The horse landing beside the car on the mirror-wet salt at dawn

They say it outran the storm.

It was born of it.

The Film

Four movements,
one legend.

01

Fear

A stallion alone in a barn as the storm arrives, calmed only by the glow under a cover beside him.

02

Awakening

Wings unfold, the cover falls, the doors blow open. Horse and car leave the barn as one.

03

The Ordeal

A gauntlet of strikes across the salt, a flight through the storm's heart, and the one bolt meant for them.

04

Dawn

Home over a mirror of rain. The storm spent, the legend born, the sun cresting behind them.

Selected Frames

From the concept.

The horse bursting through the barn roof The horse climbing through a lightning-lit cloud Lightning reaching down toward the car's fin A wing tip meeting the car's light blade The car home at the barn, reflected in the wet salt at dawn Horse and car silhouetted against the sunrise

Colour Strategy

Bruised violet,
then gold.

The storm owns the palette: lilac and bruised violet over white salt, with the car's six blades of light as the only clean white in the frame. Every strike pushes the violet harder until the breach, where the whole film turns to dawn gold and the rain becomes a mirror.
